About Us : Company History

The concept of The Corporate Centre was born in 1988 when I was working as a consultant. I needed a corporate office, but did not want to incur the over head expenses.  I rented a spare office from one of my clients, and apart from rent, my only other expense was the receptionist salary, which I shared with that client.

The system worked so well that when my business outgrew the office space available, I moved into a much larger area.  I then rented my extra office space to those whose situation was similar to mine.  The demand of executive office space was so great that I closed my consulting business and devoted my efforts solely on the concept of The Corporate Centre.

Business today is not predictable and static.  Companies want a model whereby they can pay for service and space as they use it, not as a fixed overhead.  The second largest overhead in many organizations is office space, some of which is often not well utilized.

Our mission is to be your provider of flexible space for offices, meeting facilities, training rooms and corporate services, which everyone needs to enhance their capabilities to the maximum; allowing you to focus on your business.
